The Trout House June 1st - October 1st
$2600.00 per week (7 nights)
$450.00 per night (4 night minimum)

October 1st - June 1st
$1500.00 per week (7 nights)
$250.00 per night (2 night minimum)

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be made if we are notified at least 45 days in advance of your confirmed arrival date. If however, you cancel within 45 days and we are able to fill your dates, we will be pleased to apply your deposit to any future booking, or refund your deposit less $100.00. The balance of your rental fee along with a $600.00 security deposit and 7% accommodations tax will be required 21 days prior to your arrival. After inspection the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure. We accept personal and traveler's checks

A 7% Montana Accommodations Tax applies to all of the above rates.

The wolves, coyotes, mountain lions, bears, birds of prey, and livestock in the area do have the right of way and therefore, we have a NO PET POLICY.

Smoking is permitted outdoors.

Travel Information

Northwest, Delta and United Airlines service Bozeman, Montana, the nearest commercial airport. The Trout House is 65 miles south east of Bozeman. Mission Field, north of Livingston, offers private aircraft facilities.

Major car rental companies are located at the Bozeman airport (Gallatin Field). The Trout House can arrange private airport transportation.
